We have not figured out exactly how long this has been going on. We are taking it next week to hopefully be repaired. I noticed there was a few complaints about the smell from the AC. I’m betting this problem has been going on for quite awhile, and nobody has decided to register it as a recall. That’s sad, this is a major issue that needs to be addressed ASAP. This problem will and does affect every aspect of owning this car. The water damage alone destroys the resale value. Then there is the smell, and potential for mold.

I’m sure the good people that own Nissan will have no problem paying for the repairs that need to be done. It’s not like they wouldn’t stand behind their product. Then again, I have not seen any pigs fly either, so I’m going to guess these people will ignore yet another in a long list of failures in their product.

This will 100% be the last Nissan my family and I will ever own. Nissan seems to never want to honor or stand behind anything. They are constantly saying STUPID things like, oh that’s not covered under your warranty, or my favorite; your warranty has expired, there’s nothing we can do. That is bulls***, and we all know it. If you create a failed product, you should stand behind it regardless of the cost. You are the one attempting to claim your product has won multiple awards for dependability. You would think you would want to stand behind a product like that.

I will soon update you on the results of the “repair”. Hopefully it will be good news, something like; this is amazing Nissan has offered to finally stand behind their product!!! They are paying for everything!!!

Of course, I still have not heard anything about flying pigs being spotted anywhere. Guess I’ll have to wait and see.
