The contact owns a 2015 Nissan Altima. The contact stated while driving 70 MPH, the front headlight bulbs became inoperable. There was no warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and the dealer replaced the headlight bulbs; however, the failure reoccurred several times. The manufacturer was contact but provide no assistance. The failure mileage was 118,000.

The contact owns a 2015 Nissan Altima. The contact stated that the driver's side headlight was becoming significantly dim. The dealer was notified of the failure and diagnosed that the driver's side headlight bulb needed to be replaced. The dealer notified the manufacturer for repair assistance and was awaiting a response. The contact also notified the manufacturer. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 44,000.
