The headlights are very dim. It is available for inspection upon request. It is a safety hazard at night time due to low visibility. The problem has not been reproduced by a dealer or independent service center. The vehicle has not been inspected by the manufacurer, police, insurance or others. There were no warnings, it seemed to happen gradually. I discovered there was a class action settlement, but I was not receive notification and had already missed the deadline.

The rear view camera is very blurry and out of Focus at night on the 7 inch display. It's not totally clear during day time either. It appears to be the same bad quality on all Altima's I tried it on. Adjusting brightness, contrast, and color does not help. The camera should function well for safety. I have other vehicles with reverse cameras and they work much better day and night.

"takata recall" I have a 2016 Nissan Altima that I have owned about 6 months. The windshield wipers do not clear the windshield very well when it is raining. It is very hard to see when it is raining and it is scary. I have owned 2 other Nissan's, a 2007 Altima and a 2011 Altima and have never had this issue. It seems like the wiper blade is not close enough to the windshield to clear it properly. I mentioned it at the dealership and the serviceman said they have had other complaints but no recall. I asked if he thought it would help to replace them and he said there was no guarantee. We were in panama city, fl last weekend and had our son-in-law and grandchild with us and it started pouring rain. We could barely see, they were trying to look out the side windows to see how to stay on the road. If the wipers would clear the windshield properly this would not be an issue. We were all scared to death. We were barely moving and was right at our condo. It would be nice if a recall could take place to adjust or repair this issue. The wipers won't even clear a bug off the windshield if you wet it with wiper fluid and try to rinse it off. This is very dangerous. Please help. Thank you for your assistance.

The contact owns a 2016 Nissan Altima. When the contact attempted to lower the rear passenger side window, it went down less than half way and an RPM light illuminated. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired. The manufacturer was not notified. The approximate failure mileage was 8,000.
