Tire pressure light is always on. I have to put air in tires almost everyday. The air never stay in tires. I-??m always catching a flat tire. Malfunction light is always on. I buy new tires every month. Also I was driving and the tire & axle was loss to fall off. I made it to the auto shop in time for him to tell me the problem but it still isn-??t fixed.

Tire blew out suddenly while driving at 35mph on my way to work on a well-paved/well-lit road around 6:15AM on October 7th 2021. The sidewall completely separated. There were no warning signs or objects hit/run over that caused the blow out. No one else was on the road at the time and the vehicle was going at a low speed, so luckily no one was injured. I was able to pull into a parking lot to put on a spare tire. The tires were purchased with the car as new in 2019. They had very low mileage and balanced appropriately at the time. There were no extreme conditions (location was in Palm Beach, FL where vehicle had been since purchase). Tire size: 215 / 55 R 17 94 V
