Altima SV 2.5L

  • CVT transmission
  • 30,399 miles

The OEM windshield had bubbling at the top and corners on the bottom.

This was presumably there when I purchased it but became more prevalent over time so that I could finally see it. So, while it was fixed at 30k miles it had been present since at least the 7k mileage. I had lots of issues getting Nissan to replace this because they claimed they had never seen such an issue before. They had to contact someone higher-up to investigate the windshield issue.

Then they confirmed it could be covered under warranty as a defect because the glass was separating. This one was annoying, but more so because the dealership involved was awful and negligent (also messed up my dashboard when removing and reinstalling the new windshield).
