stalls out while driving

The problems I am having are exactly what is described in a recall that was made for that year of vehicle but Nissan claims it is Vin specific. It is possible that my vehicle could fall under this recall and that it shouldn't be vin specific. This is a hazard and should be fixed under the recall.
