Can't seem to find anyone who knows how to repair the 12 volt outlets, just bought the vehicle form Global Auto Showroom Inc. who didn't reveal the problem to me; so after driving 600 miles round trip to get my vehicle I plugged in my cell phone to charge it and no power on either of the three outlets, needless to say my vehicle has been in the shop for 2 days so far and they haven't traced down the issue yet.
