Juke SL AWD 1.6L

  • CVT transmission
  • 42,000 miles

When I bought this Juke it was not the one I wanted, I did not need or want AWD. Wrong color nothing was right. From day 1 I had issues with the mileage among MANY other things. Contacted the dealer so many times I started deleting email.. Then decided I should keep them. Contacted Nissan. They said the issues would be looked into.. HAHa.. I live in Arizona, drive all highway miles at 4am and back at noon. No real traffic. I use my cruise both ways and am still only getting 18 to 20 mpg.. Once I did get almost 25 mpg. I use only good top grade gas, and Nissans answer was that their posted MPG is done at perfect conditions.. Highway, no stop and go using the cruise and no heater or air conditioning.. It just does not get better than that.. all my love for my car goes into the gas tank. I wanted this Juke in red, fwd, in the SL..all I ended up with was the SL part. After nearly 9 hours at the dealer I wanted my other car back and to leave... YEA, right. My car was nowhere around. I did not want a used car,, MY old car had less than 10.000 miles. This one had 42000.. don't get me wrong, my Juke is cute, sporty and fun to drive.. Just not what I was being told I was buying.. every time I look at it I am reminded how Nissan screwed me and yes, at my job I talk to 100's of people everyday. I tell everyone that will listen DO NOT BUY NISSAN>>>. NO LOVE FROM ME

Juke

  • Automatic transmission
  • 16,000 miles

Purchase a Juke, in part, due to the advertised gas mileage. It hasn't ever reached anywhere near that advertised amount, and I know that MOST Juke owners have the same problem. Other auto makers have compensated owners of models that had this same problem. Why isn't Nissan? I would have bought a car with more cabin space if I'd known my Juke was going to get about the same gas mileage anyway.

Juke LX 1.6L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 1,561 miles

Thought that I was buying a car that was good on gas - slicker said 25/30. This car does not get close to that, more like 17 mpg. The car is not driven in aggressively, but no matter how careful I am with driving the car does not do better than 17.6 mpg. The closer the car is to being empty the lower the gas mileage. The Juke uses more gas than my V6 Maxima, which got about 21 mpg. Nissan really pulled the wool over on the Juke - cute car, but mileage is so poor that this car should not be repeated.

Juke SL 1.6L

  • CVT transmission
  • 3,500 miles

I feel like I have been had. I carefully done my research and decided on the JUKE SL FWD. I loved the styling of it but the great MPG (27 City/32 Hwy) is what really sealed the deal for me - great styling and great gas mileage. I now have 3500 miles on it and I get a dissapointing 21 mpg in ECO mode and 19 in Normal mode and I dare not even try it in Sport mode. Now keep in mind this is also with me driving it easily and not agressive. I am so dissapointed - I still love the JUKE inside and out but if Nissan don't come up with an explanation and fix for this then it has got to go. This is my first and possibly my last Nissan just for this reason. I've had countless people come up to me and tell me they absolutely love my JUKE and then they go on to say 'And I bet you get great gas mileage too' and that is where I have to stop the conversation and I tell them the truth and they in turn tell me that they will have to consider something else in their new car search.

I did not expect to actually get the exact mileage advertised but I was expecting something at least somewhere close to it. Nissan - fix the poor gas mileage problem and you will have a winner of a vehicle plus a happy and satisified customer.

Juke SV 1.6L Turbo

  • CVT transmission
  • 2,000 miles

So far the best mileage i have gotten is 15 mpg and thats on flat land and running slighty above speed limit on hiway. very few stops on a full tank of gas. Sticker on window estimated 32 highway. I would expect at least 29-30.
