The contact owns a 2011 Nissan Juke. While driving out of a parking lot, there was an abnormal sound coming from the front driver's side of the vehicle. While inspecting the vehicle, the contact became aware that the ball joint and tie rod were on the ground and the wheel was separated from the vehicle. The vehicle was towed to deery brothers Nissan of dubuque (600 century dr, dubuque, ia 52002, (563) 582-7700) to be diagnosed, but the repair was still pending. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 45,000. The VIN was invalid.
