Juke SL V6

  • CVT transmission
  • 29,000 miles

I spent over 32k for this NEW Nissan Juke SL. I am 55 years old. I should not have to worry about my brand new car making it from point a to point b. At my first oil change I told them it was not shifting in the am, this was in July (not cold out). They said normal, let it warm up first.

Jump ahead to May 2018, car not even two years old now and under 30k, I had it towed in. I was on the freeway doing 60, car would not accelerate would not shift and dropped me down to 45mph, luckily I got off the freeway. I had to baby at home, the rpms went but the car did not. Had a Towing package, so they came and got it, because of course the dealership doesn't tow. I called the dealership and told them everything.

Next day I get a call, why is my car there? I had to tell that guy. A few hours later I get another call, why is my car there and what was wrong with it, since there were no warning lights. I again explained. This is after telling them very clearly that they can not call me when I am at work and to call my husband who is retired. After two days, they told me I was flaying my arms and hit the shifter, really? Then I drove it another 120 miles and it went out. Loud grinding noise then no transmission. This car was now stuck in my work parking lot. This time it had the "dummy" light, check engine. Called and they said to bring it in. I tried to drive it, it kept clunking and not going. I switched to hubbys car and he power drove that car to the dealership.

Then the dealership called me again AT WORK! I again told them I can not answer calls at work, call hubby (whose name the car is under!). The transmission is bad. Then they called my husband and said they got approval for the new transmission, it will not be delivered to them until June 18th!!!! TG we had an extra vehicle. Then this Friday June 8th I called and oh by the way your transmission got here yesterday! great where is my car? I thought warranty work has priority. Well, Ma'am it is a 10 hour repair so sometime early next week it should be ready.

NEVER EVER BUYING FROM KORUM NISSAN PUYALLUP WA. Bad service, ignoring me when I speak, having to repeat myself over and over again. Not updating their notes. Not following through. Why didn't they call and tell us the transmission was in? I was told that this last guy will follow through and get back to me, still haven't heard anything.
