Maxima GXE

  • 110,000 miles

headlights,blower interior lights, wipers all intensify or seed up to ultra high speed (brightness) as I drive. At the same time radio is on but volume off. Then everything back to normal. About once every 20 seconds this occurs. I need help diagnosing this problem.
