Maxima ES 3.2L V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 113,000 miles

i BOUGHT THIS CAR ON A USED DEALERSHIP. WHEN I BOUGHT IT, IT ALREADY HAD THE VDC,ABS, AND BRAKE LIGHTS ON. THE DEALER TOLD ME IT WAS JUST A SENSOR THAT HAD TO BE CHANGED. I HAVE TAKEN IT TO 3 DIFFERENT MECHANICS AND ALL TELL ME DIFFERENT. ONE TOLD ME IT MIGHT BE THE SENSORS BUT WHEN THEY PLUGGED IT INTO THE MACHINE THEY COULD NOT LOCATE A CODE TO SEE WHATS WRONG WITH THE CAR. WHEN THEY LIFTED THE CAR THEY TOLD ME THAT ONE SENSOR HAD BEEN REPLACED BUT MIGHT HAVE TO CHANGE ANOTHER FROM THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE BACK BACK TIRE. SO I DID !! AFTER IT WAS CHANGED THEY LIGHTS STILL APPEARED AFTER RUNNING IT FOR LESS THEN 1 MINUTE. AFTERWORDS I TOOK IT TO ANOTHER MECHANIC AND HE ALSO CONNECTED IT TO HIS MACHINE TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM AND HE ALSO SAID HE COULD NOT GET A CODE FROM THE CAR. HE SAID IT COULD BE THE SENSORS . I EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT I HAD ALREADY CHANGED THEM AND HE COULDN'T COME UP WITH ANY OTHER SOLUTION!! THE THIRD MECHANIC TOLD ME THE SAME AND NO SOLUTION. NISSAN NEEDS TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY AND STEP IN TO ALL THESE REPETITIVE PROBLEMS THAT ARE GOIN ON WITH THE NISSAN MAXIMAS MAINLY 6TH GENERATION.... AND FIX FREE OF CHARGE!!!! IF ANYONE ARE HAVING PROBLEMS PLEASE REPORT THE PROBLEM!!!
