Maxima 3.5L V6

  • Manual transmission
  • 193,000 miles

I had the entire timing chain assembly replaced 5000 miles ago. THE CHAIN IS RATTLING AGAIN. I recently changed the oil with the correct oil and factory filter; it's still buzzing. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. 5000 DAMN MILES! Luckily, the job was under warranty and I'm seeing my mechanic soon. The chain started buzzing last year when temperatures got below freezing and is doing the same with a new timing chain. I would suspect its a flaw in the engine with temperature changes, but I'm no mechanic. End rant.
