Maxima SL 3.5L V6

  • CVT transmission
  • 160,000 miles

Due to cheap sensors, particularly the Camshaft Position Sensor in these Maximas, my car has stalled and shut off while driving. This means a loss of power steering which is very very dangerous. Cost over $200 to repair by replacing both camshaft sensors near the top of the engine(Bank 1 and Bank 2). Definitely recommend you don't cheap out on these.
