Love my car, but it's going through batteries like every other year..?? Nissan Service adviser told me that the cars computer doesn't start recharging the battery for 25 minutes..?? Unfortunately that's how long it takes me to go to work. So apparently the load keeps draining the battery before it could recharge it. He told me that they could change the setting and I opted for that but that apparently isn't the only issue.

17,000 miles later ie. 50,000 had to get another battery.. (4th) Luckily I had my receipt and Sears had another 'Diehard Gold' in stock.. So I got a new one for free!! Thx Sears.. When I first got my car it had 21,000 miles and didn't have a Nissan battery in it..?? (2nd) I guess that should have been a Red Flag then, but it was still under factory warranty so I dismissed it.. Next one is on me.. I think I will get a Nissan battery as the warranty might be better then 2 yrs. vs. Sears..??

I recommend having battery tested every oil change..
