Maxima SV 3.5L V6

I have nothing bad to say about this car (for now...) except for the very uncomfortable head rest. Just like it is mention by another user, when you rest your head (hey head rest are not called head rest for nothing) you feel something poking in your upper back.

I didn't bring this up to the dealership yet, but I will definitively do, now that I know I'm not the only one with the annoying problem.

Nissan Maxima has a problem with the headrests that is quite annoying. When headrests are fully-extended and you put your head against the rest you will feel a piece from within the seat poke you in the middle of your back. I took this problem to the service department at the dealer but they said it couldn't be fixed because ALL NISSAN MAXIMAS HAVE THIS PROBLEM. They even let me sit in other Maximas to see for myself and they did. Just got off the phone with Nissan's corporate service department and they're telling me that I have to go back to the dealer's service department -- the same one that has already told me there's nothing that can be done. To make this even more interesting is the corporate service rep I spoke with said that they had tried to reach out and help me three-times but they couldn't get me to answer my phone. My cell phone number goes into voice mail if I'm not available. I can't even begin to explain how frustrated I am and disappointed that so many people haven't cared enough to solve this Nissan Maxima problem.
