Micra 1200

  • Automatic transmission
  • 4,971 miles

i had an annoying noise from the brakes , i went to the agent(Nissan) and tolled me that the breaks are very used and needs to be replaced, i told them OK, thinking that i will not pay anything because it is in the warranty, they asked me for 80$,knowing that outside Nissan it costs less than 30$, and they tolled me if i go outside the company to repair it I WILL LOSE MY WARRANTY !!!!.

before 3 months i went to make the regular maintenance which i thought i will not be anything( but i was told by Nissan agent that it is free for 3 years)and this costs ~100$,

just for changing the oil and filters.

they make a bad reputation for Nissan, and because of this i told my friends who thought about buying a Nissan i told them not to buy because of the bad treatment of the costumer.

Micra Diesel

brakes have been making screeching sound from the time of delivery of car. Car has been sent 6 times in last 5 months, but to no avail. They do something and send it back. Now they say that brake assembly is defective (needed 5 trips and 5 months to realize it) but brake assembly is not available for last one month. We're at the mercy of the company and the dealer when if at all they get the new brake assembly and replace it.
