problem #2

Sep 052012

Murano SL 3.5L V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 90,000 miles

The driver's seat apparently has two motors that moves the seat forward and backward. One motor on the left side and one on the right side of the seat. The motor on the left side of the seat (side next to door) works, but the right side of the seat is frozen. So, when you try to move the seat forward, the left side of the seat tries to move forward, but can only move an inch or so, as the right side of the seat doesn't move. My wife can't drive the car anymore because the seat is too far back for her. I have heard that it would cost near $1000 to fix, but have not checked myself.
