problem #3

Nov 032015

Murano

  • Automatic transmission
  • 170,000 miles

The drivers side sun visor no longer stays where you put it. It falls down and makes it difficult to see. SUPER ANNOYING and from what I have heard, not cheap or easy to fix.

Murano S 3.5L

  • CVT transmission
  • 45,000 miles

Again Nissan denies that this is a problem, falling visor may cause accident.

problem #1

Murano

  • Automatic transmission
  • 70,000 miles

Sun visor on driver's side will not stay in up position and drops down unexpectedly (and often). According to the internets the fix is a couple hundred dollars because of the labor required to replace a piece that probably costs a few pennies. There's other things I need to spend money on with this car so I just put a mini bungie cord up to hold the visor in place.
