Murano 3.5L V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 89,000 miles

Have a 2007 Limited Edition Nissan Murano. 3 years ago, had the timing chain and tensioner replaced with new, genuine Nissan parts from the dealer. Now I have the same problem with no recourse.

Murano LX 3.5L V6

  • CVT transmission
  • 99,419 miles

What is annoying me is that the car is very expensive and almost new generation of Nissan which has a very good name in the world of cars. The problem happened to some of my friends car as well, which makes me feel that the problem could be related to a design fault of the engine. Please send me the cause of the problem and to avoid it in the future.

Just need help before I take it to the dealership. I put my foot on the gas and it felt like it didn't want to accelerate. Then I heard a clicking noise coming from under the hood
