The contact owns a 2009 Nissan Murano. The contact stated that months after she purchased the vehicle, while she was driving, the brake pedal was depressed, and the vehicle started to jump. Additionally, the contact stated that on a separate occasion while driving, the vehicle intermittently went into Limp Mode and stalled. The check engine warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was towed the residence. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and the contact was informed that assistance would not be provided. The failure mileage was approximately 104,000.

The contact owns a 2009 Nissan Murano. The contact stated that while driving, the brake pedal was depressed to the floorboard. Additionally, while driving, the brake pedal was depressed and was slow to respond. The diagnostic trouble code C1109: (Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS) Module Actuator (Electrical Control Unit) and low voltage battery message were displayed. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer where it was diagnosed twice. The contact was informed that the brakes needed to be flushed. The vehicle was repaired but the failure recurred. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was approximately 95,000.
