Upon exiting my driveway the steering wheel tilt/telescopic mechanism began to grind and the steering wheel ratcheted lower & lower onto my legs. Presenting a difficult driving position and making ingress & egress to & from the vehicle difficult. I am aware of a service bulletin on this problem from Nissan ntb-09-073
