My car gets waxed 3 times a year. I notice that there was a chip on the 2 back doors same place on each side Left and right rear door. I have a pearl white Murano ..top of the line. I walk outside to get in my car and I saw round saucer white vinyl looking thing on the ground. The wind blew off the paint and now you just see the Primer which is grey. I went on Class Action app and there were numerous complaints on the same issue and they are working on a class action suit. This is factory defect by the robot painting arms since it is in the same spot different but on both the doors.
And now I am seeing more chips on the frame of the back on both doors. My car has only 57,000 miles on it. This is shameful and Nissan need to address this out of good faith and FAIR business practice.I have the extended warranty on it and guess what it ended 2 months ago and I paid to have it undercoated too before I took if off the dealer's lot! SHAMEFUL !!!!!
