With the slightest movement, the seat belts locks to hold you in case of accident but you are now unable to turn your body to check for on coming cars. This happens often when getting on a highway and you are merging into traffic. The seat belt locks prematurely. I asked about it at the local Nissan dealer and was told nothing could be done to rectify it.
