Murano LE 3.5L V6

  • CVT transmission
  • 12,000 miles

The floor under the driver and passenger seat is uneven. Seems that the feet are resting on the carpet and there is a hollow space under the carpet, probably needs some extra padding or some kind of board. Took it to dealership and they compared it to another Muranos but they all are the same. To me it is a big quality issue. I owned Mercedes and Honda Accord but they did not have anything like that, there was a foam board installed. And also for me it is a safety concern because in case of impact there is no impact absorbing material under the driver and passenger. I also found the same issue in Nissan Rouge, but Nissan Juke is made fine, there is some kind of board there.
