I bought a a new car Which 2011 model NİSSAN NOTE 1.5 DCI on 4 th of May in 2011 from your accenty called ARTKIY in İzmir in TURKEY. It was delivered to me on 7 th of may on 2011.I was first time on the road 7th of May.While I was drivingn I realized that some unacceptance horrable voices under my car. As soon as ı get in touch your service ARTKIY to tell the problems they invated me to checked 13th of may 2011.They rented me a car from road aim. They search the problems until 21 th of May 2011. İn this time check and change all fabric adjustment to find out where the problems coming. So 21 th of May they called me to take my car . On the road control we realized that the problems stil going on. Also my car was too bad on the road control ıt wasn t like a NİSSAN car ıt was as a ordinary old car So They took my car one more time and rented me a car again. They hadn t found out thev reason of problems for 9 days. They needed more time .It was unbeliable how is possible new Nissan car have a like problems.I tought It was damaged on the transporting .My car was on the service. I suggested to change it with new one by formally on 24 of may 2011 They call me my car is ready than I can take it as soon as they realized my wishes.I drive my car 5 day with problem (infact as soon as I wanted to bring service I realized the problems they waited me).They keep my car nearly 14 days on service. I was disapointed how my loved Nissan car like that.
I am a Electronic engineer and worked as a Electronic teacher in the Appretices training Center I used to keep your company solve my problem. But no one did not try to solve it. All my friend were suprise how is possible a new Nissan car have like a problems. Mostly I tell them Nissan big company you solve my problems soon . Just know I losed my hopes . I bought my dream Nissan car for not to touch any parts of it for long time.
N one was intersted with my problem in your company in İstanbul. I went to the Türkish Consumer court check out what was on my car. One of intructor who work at the biğğest university of İzmir send by The Consumer court check my car deeply and found out there was fabric fault on my car and it was dangers to drive it. L am attached this tecnical rapor with letterin turkish than I have no choose accept to go The Court on 29 june of 2011 .Second time It was checked by other master .He said there was afabric fault. So I was win the court.They wanted the company change it with new one. Nearly more than one year I suffered without car. But Nissancompany in Turkey refuse it went to upper court. I am so bad mood.nissan company by extending the case, I have more victim. For that I regret Nissan vehicle. Why not changing when the new vehicles damaged. The court decided that way. The expert in the same manner as decided.
I am so up set.
Ihope you solve my problem and I have new Nissan car as soon as posibble.
