This is definitely a very annoying dilemma. Along with the horn, all the steering lights and audio controls don't work. I can do without the controls but the horn is going to be quite an inconvenience for me. I checked the fuse and replaced the horn relay just to rule that out. Didn't fix the problem.
Personally, I can do without the horn, but it won't pass inspection and I don't want to end up paying hundreds of dollars in fines. I know that taking it to the dealership will cost me a couple of hundred, if not thousands, to get the horn along with all the other problems it has fixed. Just had a couple of problems fixed on it a couple of months ago.
Other problems:Rear hatch: hinge broke; tried to fix it but the hinge is made out of hard plastic. It wouldn't stay shut so I had to duct tape the entire rear window so it wouldn't fall off while I was driving. Service engine light is always on, even after it was at the dealership. The hood vibrates excessively in extremely windy conditions.

I have replaced the fuse and relay, but the horn does not work. I had a mechanic friend make sure the harness under the airbag was still plugged in and make sure the spring was not broken. Everything looks good, still no horn.
I guess I have to go to the dealer???
