Pulsar 1.2L

  • CVT transmission
  • 1,243 miles

I have bought my car on May 2015 from the local Nissan representative here in Greece. Since the beginning my car had an issue. Sometimes and while being stopped a strange noise was coming from the pedals section or the engine. When I pushed the brake pedal the noise stopped. When I released the brake pedal the noise continues. Also after the selecting the Drive on my CVT transmission the car was liked it has the handbrake on and could not move. I had to put force to the throttle in order the car to start moving. Since May 2015 the car has been to the local Nissan representative six time. The have been change the ABS unit two times. The have reprogram the ABS two times. They have made several checks and parts change. Now they need to change the transmission but without knowing if the problem will be resolved. I have asked to replace my car with a new one since the problem was from the beginning and all I have done is to trust the work but they informed me that if I want a new car I have to pay the difference from my car which for them is considered used the new one.
