I am writing to you because I can not find a solution for Turkey. I used my car 46000 km. My car broke down on the road. Nissan technical staff have tried to run it 8-10 times by pressing the starter but din’t succeed. He took my car to the service. Technical service manager called me later that a broken timing belt and said that there were serious damages to the engine. The engine will be disassembled and repaired, he said. My car warranty. These failures do not user error. This is clearly evident. This defect is the result of the use of defective materials and/or manufacturing defect. I don’t want to use a car which has opened and repaired engine. . I wanted a solution except engine repair (may be vehicle or engine change) from Nissan service but they didn’t interest with this subject. I don’t want to use the legal rights curruntly. Therefore, I tried to rich you because I know that Nissan is a responsible and reliable company. I believe that Nissan will resolve this problem. I will be satisfied if you pass this message to the related department (especially in Japan).
