Seat belt in middle seat keeps tightening own its own. Seat belt tightens until alot of pressure is on chest. To release pressure consumer has to unbuckle belt.

Dealer has not received parts to repair recall. Consumer has been trying to have this fixed since January, but received letter in December. The consumer states that fixing the defect requird more than 3 months. The conditon had put the consumer at risk.
