Rogue LS 2.5L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 97,319 miles

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME. THE FIRST WAS A YEAR AND A HALF AGO. COST $450 TO FIX.

I'M OUT OVER $900 FOR A FRIGGIN DOOR HANDLE. I HAVE NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM ON ANY OTHER CAR I HAVE OWNED.

Every time the temperature drops to freezing the door handles break. They just fall right off in your hand. This is the third time this has happened. It is getting ridiculous and costly to have to fix every winter. This is the first Nissan I have ever owned and I'm getting tired of reaching across the car or through a window to open a door. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER NISSAN.

Basically there was an auto recall on 2009 Nissan Rouge, but the Nissan customer service stated that it was only for "certain" vehicles. This doesn't quite make sense to me, I just had the car in the shop a few months for the door latch breaking. It truly ridiculous how much they over charge you for a service.
