The contact stated the headlight warning light was illuminated. The contact called the local dealer and made them aware of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact took the vehicle to an independent mechanic and had the headlight assembly replaced. The vehicle was repaired but continued to experience the failure with the driver-€™s side headlight. The contact called the local dealer and made them aware of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer had not been informed of the failure.
