The hood vibrates uncontrollably when traveling at higher speeds. It is worse when behind trucks. I would think the older it gets that one day the hood will move more and the safety will give way allowing the hood to open

2016 Nissan Rogue 2 years old, and transmission slipped already. I have quite a few miles, but spoke to multiple repair men who have said the Rogue is known for that and I bought a lemon car. When I drive and press pedal the car has no power and RPM keeps going up/ down also you can hear a whining in the car.

On 8/28/2017, I was driving on California rt. 395 South while the rental car I was in, Nissan Rogue 2016, went off highway into the desert on a speed 65mph. I ended up injured, with broken vertebra, and currently on long term disability. I was the only person in a car; was taken to barstow community hospital by ambulance. As I examine this accident in my memory, I cannot recall any mistakes in driving on my part. All of a sudden, I could not steer, so car went off highway. The owner of the car is enterprise rental; the car was totaled. Since then, I was contacted by elco who contacted Nissan, and Nissan provided an inspection, finding no problems (see attached; I was not present.) I also have a repair estimate from mohave body (attached). Please note the following: 1. police report is partially incorrect. There are too many inconsistencies, including the name of the person found responsible, and the make of his car. Police report cannot be attached due to the size limitation; you can pull it out using accident report card (attached.) to my knowledge, there were no direct witnesses, someone saw it from far away. I have photos of the damage that I can provide. 2. this car was a replacement for the national rental car that had some problems, so I had to exchange it per national car roadside assistance request.the Nissan car had faulty front passenger tire pressure sensor that the rental office was not aware of, and when I pointed it out, claimed that it is safe and many Nissan vehicles have this problem. It was indicating low pressure while in fact the pressure was too high, over 40psi. I checked and adjusted tire pressure in discount tire in carson city, nv; the fault message did not go away. I maintain that the rental Agency did not perform technical inspection of the car as they had to, and there could be some other hidden problems besides tire pressure sensor.

Fuel efficiency marketing scam, I bought a Nissan Rogue 2016 two years ago. The decision was upon its marketing in extraordinary fuel efficiency the Nissan company has made, for local 29/highway32. After few months driving experience and told by the dealer agent, I need to drive my car 5K-10K miles then the engine will provided that fuel efficiency. But after two years driven 27K miles simply nothing changed, my car only gets 16/27 for local and highway and average out 17-18 miles per gallon. I was so upset myself have made that such mistakenly leaded decision on buying this fake marketing vehicle and not save my gas money also polluting the environment. As every time I have confronted with the dealers techinician and agent on this issue, they simply said excuses and not do anything. As a result, I hope my issue will be taking care by and suggest all future buyer not to buy any Nissan vehicles because they lie to consumers and they are not environmental friendly on fuel efficiency !!

The Nissan Rogue has a vibration on the left side. Can be felt when holding the steering wheel. Brought this to the attention at the dealership 3 times more than a year ago. Last time they said there will be a recall on this issue as my vehicle is affected. After checking w/dealership a few more times, there is still no news of getting this resolved. This happens while I'm driving and it makes me nauseous.

As I was driving on the highway, I heard a loud pop, like a gunshot and suddenly the glass from my sunroof was falling on me. I had a hole in the sunroof and the glass was falling on me while driving. Nothing hit my car, it just exploded randomly- I had no idea what happened. I called 911, police came, and later had the sunroof replaced

Nissan's intelligent key system automatically locks the car when a door is shut, even though the key is inside. We have had this happens two times this week. Maybe the latest version of their car software? we just got that updated. My wife unlocks all doors, opens passenger car door, puts purse with smart key in passenger seat, shuts door, opens rear passenger seat door, puts son in car seat, shut door and boom, car locks itself. Two times. Fire department had to come.

We have had 2 parking lot fender benders within 3 months due to the fact that Nissan's rear view monitoring system's use of a backup camera is so complicated to use and its blind spot monitoring does not function under 20 miles per hour speed that I don't think they should have been approved as a feature on this car. Additionally, the interior back seat headrests block all windows that would normally be used for visual searching. As a buyer, I was not warned that the system has a very minimal use. It took two accidents before I found its limitations buried in the manual. The system is very dangerous since marketing implies that it protects from backing up when it does not. In the manual small print it lists so nine times when it will not work. Compared to other cars such as Lexus, this Nissan 'safety' feature is actually a danger to any driver.

I recently bought Rogue in December of 2016 & within a month or so I started feeling vibrations. I took it to dealer & they said the wheel balance was off they fixed it but the vibrations were still there. I can feel the vibrations during ride when on 25mph, 40mph & above, also during idling alot of vibrations and even braking causes vibrations, I complained to dealer they checked it & it was still vibrating & they said they cant do anything because Rogues are made this way. I then complained to Nissan North America & asked to buy back this vehicle since I dont feel I should keep driving a defective car they also denied my case. I dont know what to do now, I have a new born baby & its very hard to keep up with this, the reason I bought a new car was to not get involved in car problems but I have been in peril since I purchased this vehicle. Can you please assist me with how I am going to deal with this issue.

I just came off the highway where I almost got killed by a big, long white trailer truck because my vehicle failed to stop at a red light, the brake did not budge, it happened so fast, it feels like the brake was stuck, so I got out of the intersection and steered my way to safety only there was no where for me to safely stop because the ramp took me to I95 S which is very busy. I took the car home safely and parked it. My point is I have been complaining to the dealership about this same issue and nobody is listening. There is something wrong with this vehicle, I have been complaining since I had 66 miles on it. Please advise me what to do.

When turning the vehicle while parking it makes a clicking noise. The noise can also be felt in the steering wheel. It started 2 weeks after we purchased it. It's similar to a broken cv joint noise. This is a brand new vehicle and the dealer stated "we don't know how to repair it, but it's save to drive." If one doesn't know what it is, how can they say it's safe to drive? I've contacted Nissan's consumer complaint line and they're sticking with the same narrative.

When the car is on and I turn on the air conditioner, the interior makes me very sick. Something about the cars interior makes me very sick. Causes headaches, eye problems, swollen throat and makes me dizzy. I have been to my doctor and there is no other cause they can find for my illness. Nissan has checked out the car, but found nothing wrong. But I continue to get sick every time I drive the car.

I have less than 1700 miles on my 2016 Nissan Rogue and am experiencing a noise when turning steering wheel to the right. Took it to the dealer where I received multiple different stories but ultimately it is an identified problem that they are working on at the factory level. New parts need to be manufactured at the factory level however there is no time line to when they will have a solution to the problem. They think it is associated with a bolt on the strut.

I bought my Nissan Rogue June 25, 2016 and two weeks after purchase it began to make a clicking noise at the front driver side wheel or steering wheel. I have taken it to the dealership where I purchased it but they cannot tell me what is wrong and they have stated that its a known problem with Nissan North America and that I will have to wait until Nissan North America gives them direction on how to fix it. I have contacted consumer's affairs and Nissan North America and am awaiting a call back from them as well. Every time I turn left or right there is a clicking noise which can be heard from the back and passenger side. The vehicle only had 800 miles on it when the noise started.

I had no reason to think that a new car only two weeks old would strand me by the road. I had no reason to believe that unlike any other car I ever had, I could put diesel in it by error. Nissan's customer service is just as bad as dealing with this problem. No markings to prevent it on car or pump and the nozzle fit
