finally, bought a new car. I live over 2 hours away and on an island so it is hard to get to the dealer after buying in Nov and driving home I noticed the heat was not working well on my feet, cold. As each day went on I found it was not working at all. had to use a blanket on my legs and my passengers complained also. cold then it was 18 degrees and I let the car run and it shut off and i started it again as the windows did not defrost. well no heat and couldn't see out of the windows, scraped them, but inside was cold. took it to the dealer and they said a mouse nest was in the air filter. Well that didn't solve the problem, the next visit was warm outside and they said they could not tell anything to bring it back when it was cold. back again and kept in their garage, so the inside fan by the window is going full tilt and they ask if I can feel it. well of course its by the window., drive off and no heat on the feet still. blankets again. This is a damn brand new car, unfair to have to go through this. I take it back again Friday and its in August, but I am giving them one last chance. I read about nissans from years 14-17 having heater problems but nothing fixed and winter is coming. what can be done, I miss a days work, cost 30.00 to take the ferry and then drive over 2 hours for an appt that solves nothing.
