The contact stated that while her son was driving at an undisclosed speed, he heard an abnormal popping sound before the passenger-??s side rear window shattered. The vehicle was taken to a repair facility and the window was replaced. While the contact was driving at an undisclosed speed, there was a popping sound, and she became aware that the driver-??s side front window cracked and fell into the door frame.
