The “passenger airbag off” light stays on all the time. We are concerned that the passenger (me, in most cases, will not be protected in the event of a crash. Dealers are saying $250-$2000 to diagnose and fix! We purchased a premium warranty on this used vehicle but I am being told airbags are not covered,
Update from Aug 11, 2023: After 2 hours of playing with the under seat connections my husband was able to do the utube reset and get the light off. I don’t know how long it will last but will update here if it happens again.
