The contact owns a 2019 Nissan Rogue. The contact stated that the emergency brake activated independently while driving at low speeds. The vehicle resumed normal operation after the failure occurred. The contact reached out to crest Nissan (6600 tx-121, frisco, tx 75034, 972-704-1525) and was informed that they would have to replicate the failure to determine the cause. The manufacturer had not been notified of the failure. The vehicle had not been repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 3,000. The VIN was unknown.
