problem #1

Apr 142021

Rogue SL 2.5L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 10,900 miles

Power seat will not go forward or backwards. Will go up and down. 10900 miles on vehicle. Taken to the dealer on three occasions. They replaced the tracks once and the other two times, only lubricated the track and slider. Has anyone else had this problem, if so, what was the fix?

Update from Jan 30, 2022: Since writing this complaint, the issue has been resolved. Took to the Nissan Dealership after three other times with no success, however on the forth time returning for the same problem where the driver seat would not go back and forth but only operated up and down, the Dealer replaced the seat rails (under the seat) It has been 4 months now with no problem. Problem seems to be resolved.
