Last service was July 2012 and they told me they serviced the brakes. In November of 2012 I was going around a corner and the car went into a sideways slide and did not stop until it hit the curb and caused $1200 in damage. I had an independent car repair check the brakes when they repaired the wheel and suspension, they changed all the front brake pads (later I found that was not the problem).

In September 2013 I made a lane change and tried to stop behind another car, I was going about 40mph and had about 6+ car length to stop. When I stepped on the brake the car actually Lunged Forward, I then pressed harder, which just locked the rear brakes, but still not engaging the Front brakes. Actually up until the impact, the front end of my car seemed to be lifted up. I ended up hitting the car in front of me and had to replace my car for a whopping sum of 18K and they only gave me $500 credit for my car and it really was not my fault that it was damaged. I am glad of one thing, that it did not happen on the freeway, which could have cost me my life.

The biggest problem I have is that I am the only one who knows without a doubt that this was a brakes failure.
