The contact owns a 2009 Nissan Titan. While the vehicle was being serviced by the dealer for a routine oil change, the dealer noticed that the vehicle was louder than necessary. It was diagnosed that the exhaust manifold cracked and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 132,000.
