Titan PRO-4X 5.6L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 24,000 miles

My 2017 Nissan Titan has been missing the shift lock cover since I purchased the vehicle. It took over a year for the local dealer (Nissan of McKinney Texas) to locate the part. After getting the part in stock I was told by the dealer that the price for the part is $200. Now, this part is a small piece of trim plastic that is less than 1 square inch in size. For all other Nissan models, this part costs $11-$17. Yet Nissan wants to charge $200 for this tiny piece of plastic. When the concern was escalated to Nissan USA, I was told $200 is the price and that Nissan USA does not care about customer satisfaction, and is perfectly happy to lose loyal customers of 20 years over a tiny piece of plastic.

To Nissan USA and Nissan of McKinney Texas: This is your last chance to make it right.

To Those Considering Purchasing a Nissan Vehicle: Avoid new and used vehicles form Nissan USA, a company which engages in considerable price gouging and lacks customer service after the sale.
