My daughter was killed in a car wreck 10/3/11. She swerved to miss a deer, over corrected and the car slid into the opposite lane of traffic where she was hit on the passenger side of her car. She had her seat belt on but the back of her seat broke and she was thrown into the back seat and she was killed instantly. The other driver just had a sprained ankle and a few minor cuts & bruises. The officer who came to my door told me this should not have been a fatality accident!

Front seats backs not holding in place. Pushing the chair trying to get something out of pocket, the back slips back. The other day hit in back of car and the seat collapsed into the back seat.
