As I was driving my car several days after purchasing it, I was trying to talk myself out of the pulling problem and blame it on the country roads I was driving. I couldn't convince myself and reported it to the dealership and took it in for them to "check it out". They ended up replacing the rear axle at around 300 miles on the car! Well, that didn't work as the pull was still there. I took it back to them and they called their "Nissan Service Rep" that was suppose to be the master fix it man and he told them to replace the front arms for each wheel. Don't remember the mileage when this was done, but it was less than 750 miles on the car. Then, you guessed it, it still pulled. I called the Nissan customer service line and reported the problem and I don't know if it was the call or the dealership, but next thing I'm getting a call from the Nissan master fix it man setting up an appointment for Him to look at it. Well, he adjusted things that the dealership wasn't authorized to adjust and it still pulled. As we were on the test drive after all his work - he looked stumped and clueless because of the pull - we were talking Nissan's definition of a "pull". According to Nissan it would not be considered a "pull" because it did not go from one lane into the next lane (on coming traffic) within 10 (TEN) SECONDS. Are you kidding me?! It didn't go over in 10, but 15 would be a good shot! He ended up telling me that Nissan would not do anything more for the pull as it really doesn't meet their definition of a pull and, get this, he told me, "It's the characteristic of the car," and said he had to go to another dealership and enjoy my car. What the HELL!? I ended up getting the Nissan shaft as the dealership wanted to help me out and trade my car for another Versa of my choosing. At that time I just wanted to get rid of the damn thing and have a car that didn't pull. I ended up trading that one and purchasing another Versa - 2011 - that I now have 27,500+ miles on that yes you guessed it, pulls to the left. Not all the time, but it does pull. On my way to the Nissan dealership for them to check out my rear end alignment issue I told myself, "Never buy another Nissan again, especially a Versa!"
