I've had random issues of the brake pedal dropping to the floor when stopped. Usually releasing the pedal and pressing it down again fixes it but this could be deadly if it happened when trying to come to a stop.

Complained about brakes to dealer, nothing done. 10x worse now. Almost harmed in head on accident, if not for keeping my cool and reacting.

Update from Sep 13, 2015: they fixed the noise but brakes are still not holding every time

I purchased my car "new" on 5/3/14. Since I purchased it I have consistently had problems with braking. The car will drift even with my foot pressed on the brake when I'm at a stop light. If I am not pressing extremely hard on the gas pedal if the air conditioning fan kicks on at a stop light it will jump forward. The brakes do not brake smoothly. It feels like I have to slam on the brakes when stopping, not a gradual stop as I'm used to in every other car I've ever driven (3 of which are different model Nissan's). My dealership basically says they can't duplicate it so there is nothing I can do. Nissan consumer affairs repeats exactly what the dealership says. I've come inches from rear ending someone and almost drifted out into oncoming traffic pulling out of my work parking lot. It seems like Nissan isn't going to deal with car until someone gets into an accident.
