I purchased Nissan Versa Note on February 2014. I had to call Nissan Road Assistance three times for a No Start problem: In June 2014, twice in September 2014. It sounds like battery problem. Winter is on the way and therefore my worry is how many times I may need to Call the Road Assistance in winter.

Talked to Nissan Canada and the Sunridge Nissan dealer about the problem. Customer service from Nissan Canada are not responding the way they should to our complaint. Once we were advised to drive more to keep battery power for the next day. I don't think I need to drive unnecessarily to keep battery enough to start the car. This is ridiculous.

It is certain that a defective Nissan Versa Note 2014 was sold to us. I am still waiting for response from Nissan Canada and the dealership and will think of further steps depending on the response.

I do not recommend this vehicle to anybody.
