While driving in inclement weather and applying the brakes they failed to stop the vehicle and the pedal went to the floor. Consumer was able to maintain control of the vehicle, and drove the vehicle to the dealer for inspection. The mechanic replaced the brakes, but problem recurred.

While driving at approximately 40 mph ABS indicator light and traction control light came on to inform consumer that these two systems were turned off. This occurred during inclement weather/ snow. Dealership could not duplicate condition. Thus, no repair could be performed. On second incident, when T dealership examined vehicle, mechanics cleaned grounds because they could not duplicate problem. Consumer has not received any recall notice for current recall on ABS system.
