Car was stopped and waiting to make a left hand turn. Was rear-ended by a tractor-trailer going 50-55 mph. When car was struck, it was pushed across highway and struck guardrail at more than 10 mph, according to witness. Neither front airbag deployed. Possible defect either in system, itself, or in mfg. Process??
