I've replaced that turn signal bulb 12 times in a year. for some reason it was melting the contact terminal that went in to the light socket. during the winter months when it was cold, the left turn signal would not work. It made me feel better to kick the headlights especially when you have the family in the car, the kids are annoying the hell out of you and your worried that your gonna get stopped over not using the turn signal. Thats right a swift kick in it's face, it will start working again.
