Vehicle was hit on the fronton driver's side. Upon impact, air bags did not deploy.

After striking another vehicle from the rear, at approximately 25 mph the air bag did not deploy. A recall letter was received NHTSA recall 04V48000.

The air bag light was on and the horn and cruise control were not working. The manufacture recall did not include this vehicle.

Per NHTSA action number RQ04001. I own a 1999 Plymouth Voyager and the cruise control quit working and found this open investegation. Plymouth has changed the clock spring on this vehicle at least twice in the past due to a clicking sound in the steering wheel. Now my wife does not have cruise and the vehicle is no longer under warranty. Thought you might want more consumer input.

Consumer's vehicle was hit at 60mph, rear ended and hit another vehicle, and the air bags didn't deploy. Dealer notified.

While driving the brakes locked-up resulting in a head-on collision at approximately 55 mph. After the vehicle came to a complete stop the consumer unbuckled the safety belt and used her body to shield her grandson sitting in front passenger seat. The passenger air bag then deployed and broke consumer's neck upon impact.

Consumer was involved in a 35 T0 40 mph frontal collision in which driver's and passenger's air bags did not deploy. Also, upon impact, both rear seats broke away from the seat tracks which caused a child to be nearly thrown from vehicle.

When van was involved in inter-sectional crash driver's side air bag did not deploy. Van was hit on front passenger's side first. Van went into a spin, flipped over on the driver's side, and bounced back up. Van was totalled in the crash.
