Driver's seat collapsed into back passenger's compartment when vehicle was at a stop and rearended at 40 mph impact.

While driving and making a sudden stop the driver's seat moves forward which may cause loss of vehicle control. Also problems with inner panel which comes out, causing the window to shake vigorously and may break. Cause unknown.
